## Contracts And Cancellation

JAIS is month-to-month with no long-term contract. Customers can cancel from Jai Console.

## Setup

Most businesses are expected to be operational within 24 hours after onboarding. During onboarding, JAIS configures Jai with business hours, services, qualifying questions, calendar behavior, and call handling preferences.

After Jai is live, the customer forwards their business line to Jai. Jai then answers calls, screens callers, qualifies leads, books appointments, and logs summaries.

## Spam Calls

Jai is designed to identify and filter spam and robocalls so they do not count against included minutes. JAIS intends to bill customers only for real business calls from real people.

## Integrations
